nEver studio Privacy Policy

The Polish-language version of this policy is the binding one; this is a courtesy translation.

We care about your privacy and process only the data necessary to contact you and provide our services. Below we explain what data we collect, why, and what rights you have. Our services are intended for adults only — we do not knowingly collect children's data.

1. Data controller

The data controller is Maciej Rzanny, conducting business under the name nEver studio Maciej Rzanny, NIP 7642585388, ul. Dożynkowa 20, 61-661 Poznań, Poland. Data-related contact: neverstudiopoznan@gmail.com.

2. What data we process

Through the contact/enquiry form we process:

• first name (or full name),
• phone number,
• email address,
• the message content and the chosen training type/time, if you provide them,
• a record of the consents you gave (acceptance of the terms and privacy policy, optional marketing consent) together with the date and document version.

We do not collect health data through the site — information relevant to training safety is given directly to the trainer. We do not process data of persons under 18.

3. Purposes and legal bases

• Contact and arranging training details — Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps to enter into and perform a contract).
• Marketing (e.g. offer information, publication of your image on social media per §5 of the Terms) — Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (your voluntary consent), only if you give it.
• Analytics and improving the site — Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (your consent), only if you accept analytics cookies in the banner.
• Legal obligations and settlements — Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR.

4. Retention period

We keep enquiry data for as long as necessary to contact you and deliver the service, and then for the period required by law (e.g. accounting). Consent records are kept for evidentiary purposes. You may withdraw marketing consent at any time.

5. Recipients and transfers

Only trainers and Studio staff have access to enquiry data, to the extent necessary; we do not transfer that data outside the European Economic Area.

If you consent to analytics cookies, analytics providers also act on our behalf as processors: Google (Google Analytics 4) and Microsoft (Microsoft Clarity). As part of these services, some information about how the site is used may be processed in the United States; this takes place under the European Commission's adequacy decision (the EU–US Data Privacy Framework). These tools are optional — they are not loaded without your consent.

We do not make decisions about you based solely on automated processing that would produce legal effects (profiling).

6. Cookies

The site uses necessary cookies to function and — only with your consent — analytics cookies. Once you consent, we use:

• Google Analytics 4 (Google) — aggregated, anonymized visit statistics that tell us which content is useful;
• Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft) — aggregated engagement maps and session recordings that help us improve the site.

Both tools load only after you choose "Accept all" and stay off if you choose "Only necessary". You can change or withdraw your consent at any time in the cookie banner; your decision is stored locally in your browser.

7. Your rights

You have the right to: access your data, rectify it, erase it, restrict processing, data portability, object, and withdraw consent. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (PUODO).
