RE-BALANCE

Who is it for?
For anyone who wants to free the body from tension, forget aches, and build a solid foundation with strong deep muscles.
What are these classes?
Intensive work on body capability. We combine yoga, functional stretching, joint mobilisation and breathing work.
What do you gain?
You actively strengthen the body, work on stabilisation and learn to control every move. Anti-pain and anti-injury — flexibility backed by real strength.

TOTAL MOVE

Who is it for?
For those who want to build a strong body, boost metabolism and improve conditioning.
What are these classes?
A thoughtful, all-round mix of functional training: strength, mobility, coordination and core stability. We work every muscle group with good technique.
What do you gain?
You build all-round fitness, work on your shape and burn calories. Strength and endurance you’ll feel both in training and in daily life.

PERFORMANCE

Who is it for?
For challenge-seekers, sport enthusiasts and competitors who want to squeeze 100% out of their body.
What are these classes?
Motor training that develops the body in many directions: motor abilities, movement-pattern optimisation, injury prevention. Plyometrics, cognitive drills and HIIT.
What do you gain?
You develop strength, speed, power, agility and coordination. You teach your body to work faster and safer — a better race start or simply peak form.

START

For everyone, including beginners and those returning after a break or a sedentary lifestyle. We teach the basics, build healthy habits and ease you safely into movement. No stress, no pressure.

ACTIVE

For recreational trainers who know the basics. We pick up the pace, add new challenges and keep your form progressing. Also great as a supplement for competitors.

PRO

For regular trainers and competitors. If sport is your lifestyle and you want intense stimuli, high dynamics and maximum challenge — this is for you.

Your health is my absolute priority, and the plan is always made to measure.

I know exactly what it's like to balance a corporate job with a passion for sport. As a runner, triathlete, trainer and former "office rat", I bridge those worlds daily — hence my approach: no pressure, deep respect for your time, but the highest professionalism.

At the studio I combine running and medical training, holistically weaving strength, functional and circuit work with yoga and stretching. My specialty? Returning to fitness after injury and surgery — with special focus on knee-joint injuries.

There's no such thing as "training by guesswork" in my vocabulary.

I've been into sport forever — from volleyball through combat sports, swimming and powerlifting to cycling and mountain hiking. That multidisciplinary base and my certifications (physical-prep coach, personal trainer, swimming & kettlebell instructor, sports dietitian) let me program effective training for any discipline.

Day to day I combine science and hard practice: as a lecturer and PhD candidate I train future coaches, and as a motor-prep coach I'm responsible for the form of national medallists. I specialise in long-term form planning with advanced diagnostics.
